Minimalism is defined as a lifestyle that helps people question what things add value to their lives. By clearing the clutter from life's path, we can all make room for the most important aspects of life: health, relationships, passion, growth and contribution. The main moto of a minimalist living is "less is more" but it's not always what it seems to be.

First of all, before you take this "adventurous" journey of minimalism, you have to truly understand why you want to change your lifestyle. You need to think your strong motivation for such decision and the advantages or disadvantages that may occur to your life.


The first step of being a beginner in a minimalistic lifestyle is to ged rid of stuff that you don't really need. This action will make you understand that you were keeping things that are actually useless. Also, you should manage your time or your daily business more effectively by using a calendar. As a result, you will organize your programm better, you will get less stressed and you will be able to put more limits on your job demands. Another idea is to start saving money! I know it is hard but believe me, it's worth it! In order to do that, you should start focusing on your passions and stop thinking about any material possessions. If you are that type of person, you should better donate in charities rather than thinking how to buy your next home or car.


Living a minimalist lifestyle can change your life so much for the better, it's true! It's a life challenge that you should deal with and only if you'll see the results you will understand the real value of this try.
